John H. Henn now practices exclusively as an Arbitrator.
Mr. Henn has sat as an Arbitrator for over 25 years, and has has nearly 40 years of experience in commercial and business litigation as an associate and then partner at Foley Hoag LLP, substantially focusing on securities, banking and finance related disputes in the federal courts. Mr. Henn currently acts as an arbitrator for the Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (“CPR”), the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), Commercial Panel, the AAA Large, Complex Case Panel, the AAA International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Mr. Henn is a graduate of Harvard College (magna cum laude) and Harvard Law School (cum laude), was a law clerk for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and was a long-time editor of the Massachusetts Law Review. He has frequently lectured in continuing legal education programs, and authored many articles.
